stuff. and things!

There are some really disgusting, rude people on dA nowadays. Ask me for proof I created my art myself, and then block me? Sounds kinda like someone had a temper tantrum and then decided to go back and live in the shiney happy world where their mother actually did not take a bunch of images off Google and run them through a Photoshop filter, but rather drew them from scratch with "sharpie on cardstock". People who are innocent generally don't screech at people and then block them. *facepalm*

Can take photos of alll my hardcopies if you want. I'm not sure why this is such a problematic thing when so many people are calling this woman out.

I seem to be going through a sketchy phase. 8D Hm, at least I'm making stuff again.. can only be good.

After about a year or so of really only drawing cartoon people for people (started bad, slowly got better), I'm sort of settling into a style/medium I'm comfortable creating art for myself in - i.e., cartoon-style art inked by hand, coloured in Photoshop. I'm liking it right now, but hoping I'll get better with practice.

I joined Deviantart when I was 19. I'm now 27. I haven't really touched my account for the last couple of years. There might be new stuff coming.. there might not.. I'm still making stuff, occasionally. I just had a look back through my gallery. There's some really awful stuff in there, especially the earliest stuff. I actually deleted some of the stuff that was just far, far too cringeworthy.

anyways. maybe I'll scan in some of the bits and pieces I've been making lately. I'm still messing around with conte crayons. Also been drawing some World of Warcraft stuff and colouring it in Photoshop.
